Co-op Experience I have had experience in both the academic environment and the corporate world. In summer of 2006, I worked with Dr. Mark Schulz in the department of Mechanical Engineering at UC on nanotube biosensors for the detection of proteins. Starting in  January of 2007, I spent my co-ops in Portland, Oregon working for Nike Inc. doing R&D on the cushioning systems. I worked for Atricure in West Chester Ohio for 3 months in Quality Engineering. Currently I’m enjoying my job in Modeling and Simulation at Procter & Gamble right here in Cincinnati. It is a great place to work!
About Me I grew up in a small farm town close to Youngstown, Ohio which is about a 4.5 hour drive from UC. I have a heavily Greek family on my mom’s side which has always made my family fun and unique. Outside of classes I like listening to music, cooking food from around the world, learning languages and oddly enough, home improvement.
